Khloe Kardashian is known for her role on the show “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” She’s one of the main characters in the family. Khloe has suffered from weight problems for years. In early 2012, fans started to notice that she was losing weight. The Khloe Kardashian weight loss was due to her exercising with her husband, an NBA player. He trains for four to six hours and day and Khloe works out alongside him. She does both the indoor and outdoor exercises. When she started the exercise program, she lost about 20 lbs. in 20 days.
In addition to all the exercise, Khloe has changed her eating habits. She’s claimed that she has an unhealthy relationship with food. Now that she’s in training with her husband, her diet is largely based on fresh vegetables and fruit with small amounts of lean protein like fish and chicken.
Another factor in her weight loss, is probably a reduction in stress. She has been filming Khloe and Lumar with her husband but they didn’t sign on for another year. Stress can cause binge eating and a hectic schedule can make it hard to eat well and exercise regularly. This can be a huge factor in weight gain.
